Events Filming

Spartmedia have been filming Live events since we first started out. Events come in a number of flavours from corporate publicity events and awards ceremonies to invitation only training courses, private social events and parties. There are a number of commercial and marketing benefits of having your event filmed and available as an online movie and/or DVD:

• Generate sellable product DVDs from your live training events
• Film promotional news footage of awards ceremonies
• Capture live feedback and testimonials

• Capture historical or noteworthy events for marketing and future promotions

Lights, Camera, Sound and Action!

To successfully film a live indoors event you need good quality sound, light, cameras and action and experience. You provide the action and we provide the rest! For small events (10 to 50 people) we can provide a PA system and lighting. For larger events we would normally tie into the in-house PA and lighting system.

Corporate Training and Events Filming

Filming live events is what we do! we're well established within the professional communications training field and have filmed UK training seminars in Leeds, Kent and London for some of the best known therapists in their fields including, Frank Farrelly from the USA, Doug O'Brien from New York, Nick Kemp from Leeds, Andrew T Austin from Surrey as well as others.

When it comes to filming venues for events we've found ourselves in a number of hotel conference rooms including the Hilton, Queens and Metropolitan in Leeds. We've filmed in lecture theatres at universities, private converence venues, stage and theatres and we've even filmed events held in converted barns. What does this mean for you? well we have a range of experiences and we can advise you on the pros and cons of your choice of venue.

Filming Events Abroad

We don't stop in the UK either we've filmed in Europe at locations including Rome, Italy and Warsaw, Poland. We're happy to discuss your needs and we do travel. We've worked with translators and audiences who don't necessarily speak English.
